STEC 1 Armor Resistance Glass Film - S1A# 336 R1 (Clear)

STEC Laminates offer excellent protection. Armor Proof Laminates at Level 336 STEC R-1 are 400 +-10um thick. The adhesive is acrylic-based, 36um thick. Weighing 700g/sqm, the roll is 1.5 meters wide and 30 meters long. It's crystal clear and composed of multiple ply PET, adhesive, and release liner. The surface is sr hardened. It has 100% adhesion, a temperature range of -75 F to +175 F (-24c to + 80c), and is hard to ignite. It offers great fire and detonation resistance, with 87% total solar transmission and 97% visible light transmission. It has 100% color-fastness and 99% UV absorption. It's not affected by condensed water, and has good peel, tensile, and break strength. It's chemically resistant to hydrogen superoxide, ethanol, sulphuric acid, and more.

To use this STEC armor resistance glass film, first clean the glass surface thoroughly to ensure there are no dust or debris. Then carefully unroll the film and apply it smoothly onto the glass, starting from one edge and gradually pressing out any air bubbles. When it comes to maintenance, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the film clean. Avoid using sharp objects that could scratch the film. Also, keep it away from extreme temperatures outside the -75 F to +175 F (-24c to + 80c) range. If you need to remove the film, do it slowly and gently to avoid any damage to the glass. And remember, this film is resistant to many chemicals, but still try to avoid long - term contact with strong chemicals to maintain its performance.
