Sellstrom Peakworks Flat Clamp

Peakworks presents a patented tool tethering system that safeguards workers from dropped tools at height. These flat clamps are durable, long - lasting, and temperature - resistant, operating from - 40ºF to 104ºF (- 40ºC to 40ºC). They're specially designed to prevent tools from falling through common 19 - 4 construction site grating, a unique safety feature not offered by other systems. Rigorously tested at the CSA test lab, these high - strength HDPE clamps are easy to install and remove with the provided hex key wrench. Available in two sizes (15/16”W x 5/16” H small and 1 - 5/16”W x 9/16”H large), they fit a range of wrenches. The small one fits wrenches from approximately 7/16” to 1 1/4”, and the large one fits from 1 1/4” – 1 7/8”. The Peakworks system, developed and manufactured in Canada, offers a strong and secure tool anchor clamping mechanism. Unlike traditional systems, these clamps can be reused and repositioned, saving costs. All clamps have a molded eye hole for easy attachment to wrist or standard lanyards. They come in individual blister packs or 10 - piece bulk packs (5 bulk packs - 50 pieces per box).

Using the Sellstrom Peakworks Flat Clamp is easy. First, select the right size clamp for your tool. The small one fits wrenches about 7/16” to 1 1/4” wide, and the large one fits from 1 1/4” – 1 7/8”. Then, use the hex key wrench provided to securely install the clamp onto your wide or flat tool body. To attach it to a wrist or a standard lanyard with a carabiner, simply use the molded eye hole on the clamp. When working, make sure the clamp is tightly secured to prevent the tool from falling. Avoid using the clamps in temperatures outside the range of - 40ºF to 104ºF (- 40ºC to 40ºC) as it may affect their performance. For maintenance, periodically check the clamp and the fasteners for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, replace the clamp immediately. These clamps can be reused, so when you're done with a tool, you can remove the clamp using the hex key wrench and use it on another compatible tool.
