Using this Yates 304C Tactical Rappelling Belt is a breeze. First, put on the belt part as you would a regular duty belt over your BDU's. If you need to use the leg portion, open the pouch and quickly secure the leg loops with the aluminum Cobra buckles. When it comes to rappelling or extraction, make sure the attachment point is firmly connected. As for sizes, choose M if your waist is between 30 - 36 inches or L for 34 - 40 inches. And pick the color you like: black, foliage green, or the new Multi - Cam/terra. When not in use, store the belt in a dry place. Avoid exposing it to sharp objects that could damage the webbing. If it gets dirty, you can gently clean it with a mild soap and water. Just don't use harsh chemicals as they might weaken the materials.
