There's an included medical patch that attaches to the hook - and - loop area. You can swap it out with a unit ID or a compatible blood - type identification patch. Plus, the pouch has metal drain grommets. They let liquids drain out, preventing damage to important contents.

How to use: First, attach the EMT pouch to your MOLLE - webbing platform on your bag, belt, vest, or chest rig using the external straps. Then, fill the interior with your medical supplies and secure them with the elastic hold - down webbing loops. You can attach the included medical patch or replace it with your unit ID or blood - type patch. Note: When you put the supplies in, make sure they fit well in the loops to avoid shifting.
