Using the Tactical Outer Carrier [TOC] is easy. First, adjust the side and shoulder closures to fit your body using the VELCRO brand hook and loop. Place your trauma plates in the internal 5x8” and 8x10” front pockets. You can attach your ID to the front and rear ID areas with the VELCRO loop. Put your duty gear like pens, flashlights, magazines, and radio in the respective front pockets, and handcuffs in the rear dual handcuff pockets. The mic tabs on the shoulders are for your microphones. When it comes to maintenance, clean the carrier with a mild detergent and water. Let it air - dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Remember, this product is made to order, so it takes 30 days to be ready. Also, check the VELCRO regularly for wear and tear and replace it if needed to ensure a secure fit.
