Using your Firetec sport glasses is easy. To change the lens, just gently pry the old lens out and insert the new one. Make sure to choose the right lens color for different lighting conditions - yellow for low light, smoke for bright sun, and clear for normal indoor or evening use. When you're done using the glasses, put them in the included foam - padded zipper carry case to protect them from scratches. Clean the lenses regularly with the microfiber cleaning pouch. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they can damage the lenses. Also, don't bend the frame too much to prevent it from breaking.
