Using the Action Targets PT Scout Rectangle Shooting Target is straightforward. First, mount it on the PT Scout stand and 2x4. Make sure it's securely placed. When shooting, stand at least 10 yards away if using pistol calibers. If you need to change the target head, you don't need any tools - just do it right at the range. As for maintenance, since the bracket is zinc - plated, it's resistant to corrosion and rust. But it's still a good idea to check it regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If the nuts attaching the bracket to the target head come loose, you can use the 3/8 - inch wrench cut - out on the left and right foot of the PT Scout stand to tighten them up. Keep it in a dry place when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
