Using the Garrett MZ 6100 is straightforward. First, set it up at your desired location. If you have the optional casters and battery module, you can quickly move it around. Power it on and use the intuitive menu to select the appropriate application program for your needs, like for a school or an airport. The detector will start scanning the electromagnetic environment and select the best frequency to cancel out noise. When someone walks through, the bright LED indicators will show if there are any metal objects and precisely where they are. You can use the directional counter to keep track of people going in and out. For networking, connect it to the iC Module as needed. To adjust settings, use the unique slidebar for a quick change. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry and clean place. Use the internal SD media port to update the software regularly to ensure it works at its best. The detector is environmentally protected against wind, rain, and dust, but avoid exposing it to extreme conditions.
