Product Description

The Nox is a compact 12-micron, 60Hz fully functional thermal weapon sight. It can double as a head-mounted monocular or a scanner. Proudly designed and built in the USA, it uses top - notch BAE thermal imaging cores and high - grade optical components. Available in 18mm or 35mm lens options, it offers the best magnification and field of view for different environments. You can configure it for the right or left eye, and it can be dual - mounted with another Nox or a night - vision monocular like PVS - 14. Removable weapon and dovetail mounts help reduce size and weight. It comes with a standard CR123 battery and a rechargeable 18650 battery (with charger). Depending on temperature, the CR123 gives up to an hour and a half of run - time, while the 18650 lasts from four to seven plus hours. You can also power it with an external USB battery bank using the provided USB - C cable. The Nox has five ergonomic control buttons for quick access to common functions and a user - friendly menu for zeroing and customization. It features a 12 - um sensor pixel pitch, 640 x 480 resolution, 60 Hz refresh rate, 35mm F1.1 lens, manual non - rotating focus, 12.2(H) x 9.3(V) field of view, 2.5x magnification, 1x/2x/4x/8x digital zoom, an OLED 640×480 B&W display, and runs on one CR123 or one 18650 battery.

Using the Nox is easy. First, choose the right lens configuration (18mm or 35mm) based on your environment. You can set it up for your right or left eye according to your preference. If you want to use it with another Nox or a PVS - 14 night - vision monocular, just do a dual - mount. To save weight and size, you can remove the weapon and dovetail mounts. When it comes to power, start with the included batteries. The CR123 is good for short - term use, while the rechargeable 18650 will last longer. If you need more power, connect an external USB battery bank with the USB - C cable. To access common functions like calibration, polarity, zoom, taking a photo, or turning it on, use the five control buttons. For more settings and customization, access the user - friendly menu. When handling the Nox, keep it away from extreme temperatures and moisture. Clean the lens gently with a soft cloth. If you need to calibrate, use the standalone calibration button. With these tips, you'll get the most out of your Nox thermal weapon sight.
