Personal evacuation system with an easy - to - handle EASHOOK carabiner. It offers a self - braking system for quick slack adjustment, descent control and stop, and it reduces the force on the user in case of a fall. The open directional point guides the rope during descent and allows rope removal for easy short - rope ascents. Comes with a wear - and high - temperature - resistant rope, an Am'D connector with CAPTIV positioning bar, and a fire - resistant carry bag to attach the system directly to the harness. Special orders for different rope lengths are available.

Using the Petzl EXO® EASHOOK Personal Evacuation System is straightforward. First, attach the system to your harness using the fire - resistant carry bag. The EASHOOK anchor carabiner is easy to manipulate, so you can quickly set it up. When you start your descent, the self - braking system will help you control the speed, give slack quickly, and stop when needed. In case of a fall, it limits the force on you. The open directional point will guide the rope during the descent. If you need to do a short - rope ascent, you can remove the rope (you'll need to add a TIBLOC rope clamp and a FOOTAPE foot loop). As for maintenance, keep the system clean and dry. Check the aramid fiber rope regularly for any signs of wear, and make sure the Am'D connector with the CAPTIV positioning bar is in good condition. This system has a 3 - year guarantee, so if you encounter any issues, reach out to the manufacturer. Remember, the working load limit is 140 kg, so don't exceed this weight. And if you need a different rope length, you can place a special order.
